本文应用WuT_(10)单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光试验检测了骨髓瘤、白血病患者外周血新鲜分离的单个核细胞,PWM刺激培养后的单个核细胞和骨髓细胞CD_(38)抗原的表达频率。结果表明,骨髓瘤患者的外周血单个核细胞和骨髓细胞的CD_(38)表达频率显著增高,骨髓中的骨髓瘤细胞的百分率与CD_(38)抗原的表达频率呈高度相关性,PWM刺激的外周血单个核细胞CD_(38)表达频率增高,体外培养的骨髓瘤细胞系CD_(38)抗原全阳性。提示WuT_(10)单抗可能对浆细胞异常增生具有诊断价值。
In this study, mononuclear cells isolated from peripheral blood of myeloma and leukemia patients were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay using WuT 10 monoclonal antibody. The frequency of CD 38 antigen expression in cultured mononuclear cells and bone marrow cells was detected by PWM. The results showed that the frequency of CD_ (38) expression in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and myeloid cells was significantly increased in patients with myeloma. The percentage of myeloma cells in bone marrow was highly correlated with the frequency of CD_ (38) antigen expression. The expression of CD_ (38) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells increased, and the CD_ (38) antigen of myeloma cell line in vitro was all positive. Prompt WuT_ (10) monoclonal antibody may have diagnostic value of plasma cell dysplasia.
