目的:如何提高《基础护理》实验教学效果.方法:对护理专业的三年制高中起点共计203名学生利用护理模型进行练习和采用真人真做,然后对教学效果进行评价.结果:203名学生考核结

目的:如何提高《基础护理》实验教学效果.方法:对护理专业的三年制高中起点共计203名学生利用护理模型进行练习和采用真人真做,然后对教学效果进行评价.结果:203名学生考核结果操作步骤合格率为100％,优良率98.03％；90％以上学生认为利用模型进行实践教学,可以激发学习兴趣、增强记忆力、提高操作能力.80％以上学生认为真人练习有利于提高护患沟通能力、应对突发事件、实施整体护理.结论:护理教学模型是护理学实验教学中必备的技能训练,模拟教具,在真实患者和学生模拟患者都无法圆满完成临床实践训练的情况下.模拟教具能在很大程度上解决这一问题,对基本临床技能的培训起到非常重要的作用[1].采用以真人真做可以取得较为满意的教学效果.
