X线直接辐射数字成像技术在股骨头缺血性坏死中的应用

目的 探讨X线直接辐射数字成像技术(DR)在股骨头缺血性坏死中的应用价值.方法 选取我院2009年6月至2010年6月收治的50例股骨头缺血性坏死的患者为研究对象,该组患者均经DR及CT诊断,比较两组患者的诊断效果.结果 DR检测出47个病变的股骨头,CT检测出62个,两者对股骨头坏死分期Ⅰ~Ⅳ期诊断率有显著性差异,P<0.05.结论 DR是诊断股骨头缺血性坏死的首选,但CT诊断的效果要优于DR,可作为DR的重要补充.
