患儿王小娟,女,1岁,住院号77236。自出生后父母即发现左眼不睁,左下睑颜色发紫、隆起,随身体长大局部肿块缓慢长大,于哭闹时肿块略大,从未看到“眼珠”。其它无异常。当地疑“左下睑血管瘤”,于81年11月10日来我院治疗。患儿系第一胎,足月顺产。父母身体健康,非近亲结婚。其母妊娠期健康,家族中无先天性疾患。查体全身情况正常。右眼正常,左下睑半球状隆起,约2×2.2Cm~2,局部皮肤青紫色,境界隐约可扪及,质软有囊性感,与皮肤无粘连,用睑钩拉开眼睑未见眼球。下睑睑结膜亦呈青紫色,眼眶摄片左眼眶较健侧缩小,眶壁完整,左侧视神经孔显示不清。右侧正常。X线号:E24059。
