针对行程开关紧固螺栓松动引起的故障,设计了以STM32F407为主控芯片的故障监测系统。利用STM32F407丰富的外设和强大的信号处理功能,可有效地对行程开关群的工作情况进行监控。实时采集行程开关群的电压信号,对信号进行数据处理和故障特征提取,将经过训练的极限学习机算法嵌入到STM32F407中,对特征值进行故障分类,分类结果通过LCD显示模块显示,必要时进行故障报警,提醒工作人员及时对行程开关做出维护和更换。通过模拟实验表明,该系统能够实时监测行程开关群的工作情况,并且能够较为准确的对行程开关松动故障做出正确的分类。
In view of the troubles caused by loosening of the trip switch fastening bolts, a fault monitoring system based on STM32F407 is designed. STM32F407 rich use of peripherals and powerful signal processing capabilities that can effectively monitor the work of the switch group. Real-time acquisition of the trip switch group voltage signal, the signal data processing and fault feature extraction, will be trained limit learning machine algorithm embedded STM32F407, the eigenvalues for fault classification, classification results through the LCD display module, if necessary Fault alarm, to remind staff to make the trip switch in time to maintain and replace. The simulation results show that the system can monitor the working status of the switch group in real time, and can make the correct classification of the loose switch failure.
