在普及九年制义务教育和大面积提高教育质量的工作中,如何帮助后进生转化是一个亟需解决的问题。本文拟就如何做好后进生的转化工作,做些粗浅的探讨。一、热爱和尊重后进生,是做好转化工作的根本。后进生往往遭到家长、教师、乃至同学的鄙视和嫌弃,在他们的心灵中或多或少地投下了自卑的阴影。他们的自尊心往往被自卑感所掩盖。因而这些学生更需要温暖、爱抚和尊重。如果说,对优良生的赞扬和鼓励是锦上添花,那么对后进生的热爱和尊重无异于是雪中送炭。后进生并非生来就差,他们的内心深处也并非甘居落后。特别是在环境发生变化
