通过对我国港口的实地调研,在分析航运中心经济特征的基础上,设计了航运中心核心竞争力的评价体系。根据评价体系中具体指标的特点,把评价指标分为客观指标和主观指标两类,并把客观指标作为唯一性白化值,结合主观指标的灰值,对航运中心核心竞争力进行综合评价,改进了灰色综合评价方法。这一方法避免了专家对客观环境进行主观评价的随意性,通过对我国北方某港口城市的案例分析得到验证,证明方法可行,提高了评价方法的信度。
Through the field investigation of our country’s ports, this paper designs the evaluation system of the core competence of shipping center based on the analysis of the economic characteristics of shipping center. According to the characteristics of the specific indicators in the evaluation system, the evaluation indicators are divided into two categories: objective indicators and subjective indicators, and the objective indicators as the only bleaching value, combined with the gray value of subjective indicators, comprehensive evaluation of the core competitiveness of the shipping center to improve Gray comprehensive evaluation method. This method avoids the arbitrariness of the subjective evaluation of the objective environment by the experts. Through the case analysis of a certain port city in the north of our country, it is proved that the method is feasible and the reliability of the evaluation method is improved.
