患者王某,女48岁,1991年10月5日因神经衰弱,失眠多梦,单服柏子养心丸(山西侯马中药厂生产),1次1丸,Bid。服药2d后全身皮肤搔痒,继而出现大片样荨麻诊,口唇麻木,咽塞气短,舌僵流涎,胸闷头晕,恶心。患者坐卧不宁,嘱立即停药,经抗过敏治疗,10d后全部症状基本消失。1周后征本人同意,我们将柏子养心丸的每种药物逐一分别煎煮少量,给患者分别试服,结果发现患者服酸枣仁之后有不适感,随即出现上术过敏症状,随后按拍子养心丸
