患者男,27岁,因右下肢小腿外侧软组织挫伤而在门诊外科就诊,常规清创消毒后给氟哌酸(诺氟沙星,合肥第六制药厂生产,批号930702)外用。2小时后伤口周围出现红色皮疹,并迅速蔓延全身,呈斑片状,奇痒难忍,搔抓不停,烦躁不安,食量锐减,睡眠差,伴发热。既往有外伤史,无药物过敏史。查体:T:39.2℃,P:95次/分,R:24次/分,BP:20/12KPa。
The patient, male, 27 years old, received outpatient surgical treatment due to contusion of the soft tissue of the lower leg outside the lower leg. After routine debridement and disinfection, he was given external use of norfloxacin (norfloxacin, Hefei No. 6 Pharmaceutical Factory, batch number 930702). Two hours later, a red rash appeared around the wound and spread rapidly throughout the body. The patchy, itchy, scratching, irritability, sharp drop in appetite, poor sleep, and fever were observed. Past history of trauma, no history of drug allergy. Examination: T: 39.2 ℃, P: 95 beats / min, R: 24 beats / min, BP: 20 / 12KPa.
