目的本文通过对某医院急诊室伤害监测点的医院管理组、伤害患者(应答者)、研究者、填写者的问卷调查,给出基于该调查问卷的医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的模糊评价方法。方法基于影响医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的17个因素,建立了关于医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的二级模糊综合评价模型。结果给出了被评价医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的一个排序。结论该评价方法对目前我国医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的评估具有一定的指导意义。
Objective This paper presents a fuzzy evaluation of the monitoring quality of the emergency department injury monitoring points in the hospital based on questionnaire survey of hospital management group, injured patients (respondents), researchers and writers in the emergency room injury monitoring point in a hospital. method. Methods Based on 17 factors that affect the monitoring quality of emergency department injury monitoring points in hospitals, a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established on monitoring quality of emergency department injury monitoring points in hospitals. The results give a ranking of the monitoring quality of the injury monitoring points in the hospital emergency department being evaluated. Conclusions This evaluation method is of guiding significance for the assessment of the monitoring quality of the emergency room injury monitoring stations in our country.
