装备教学是军事任职教育的重要组成部分,其基本任务是为部队培养、输送与军队建设发展相适应的高素质技能型人才。与学历教育相比,任职教育具有鲜明的岗位指向性,因此在开展课程体系建设的过程中,需要更多地从职业本身、从具体的任职需求出发考虑问题,而不是单纯地按照学科逻辑建构知识体系。本文从探究装备教学课程观入手,对装备教学课程体系建设中一些基本的理论问题进行了分析和研究。
Equipment teaching is an important part of military service education. Its basic task is to train and transport troops with high-quality skilled personnel who are suitable for military construction and development. Compared with the academic education, education has a distinctive post orientation, so in the process of building the curriculum system, we need more from the occupation itself, starting from the specific needs of the job to consider the issue, rather than simply building the logical discipline Knowledge System. Beginning with the concept of teaching equipment exploration, this paper analyzes and studies some basic theoretical problems in the construction of equipment teaching curriculum system.
