科学技术是第一生产力,但科技成果如果缺少推广这一环,将不可能转化为生产力。搞出科技成果不易,推广科研成果更难。我国水产科研院所每年都能搞出许多水产科研成果,但真正得到推广,产生实效的却不多。在这里,湖北省机械化养鱼开发公司为我们作出了好榜样。几年来,他们发挥公司经济实体的优势,克服重重困难,将美国(鱼回)推广全国,从而为我国的水产科技推广工作创出了一条新路。
Science and technology are the primary productive forces, but if the scientific and technological achievements lack the promotion of this link, it will not be possible to translate into productive forces. Achieve scientific and technological achievements is not easy to promote scientific research more difficult. China’s aquatic scientific research institutes can produce many aquatic scientific research achievements each year, but the real promotion, but not much effect. Here, Hubei mechanized fish farming development company made a good example for us. Over the past few years, they have taken advantage of the economic entities of the company to overcome numerous difficulties and promoted the United States (Fish Back) across the country. This has created a new road for the promotion of China’s aquatic science and technology.
