十八大以来,在“四个全面”战略布局中,全面从严治党为全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面推进依法治国锻造坚强的领导核心,提供根本的政治保证。当前,结合党建工作发展的必然趋势,运用标准化建设理念和先进信息技术,高效整合党建工作信息资源,充分发挥国有企业党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。本文顺应信息化时代发展趋势要求,结合内蒙古电力信息通信中心党建工作的实际情况,采用创新模式和手段建立党群综合管理信息系统,实现党建工作科学化、规范化、信息化管理,探索党建信息化对推动全面从严治党的积极作用。

At present, in light of the inevitable trend of the development of Party building, the standardization construction concept and advanced information technology are used to effectively integrate the information resources of Party building work, give full play to the role of the fighting party in state-owned enterprises and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members. This article complies with the requirements of the development trend of information age and combines with the actual situation of party building in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Information and Communication Center, establishes an integrated management information system for party and group by using innovative modes and means, realizes the scientific, standardized and informatization management of party building work, To promote a comprehensive and strict control of the party’s active role.
