目的研究孕前体质指数(BMI)和不同孕期体重增加对妊娠糖尿病的影响。方法选取在我院建卡产检的孕妇,排除内、外科合并症和代谢异常性疾病,测量身高、记录孕期体重、回顾的孕前体重和妊娠期糖尿病检测结果。跟踪分娩时体重和分娩结局。随访登记完善并且单胎分娩的孕妇共1930例。结果孕前BMI对妊娠糖尿病发生有明确影响,孕前BMI≥24kg/m2时孕妇妊娠糖尿病发生率为10.48%,明显高于孕前BMI<18.5和18.5~23.9的孕妇(P<0.01或P<0.05)。孕期体重增加≥15kg组与<15kg组妊娠糖尿病发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论孕前BMI对妊娠糖尿病的发生有明确影响,未发现孕期体重增加对妊娠糖尿病有影响。
Objective To study the effect of pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) and weight gain during pregnancy on gestational diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Pregnant women undergoing card check-up in our hospital were selected to exclude the complications of internal and external diseases and abnormal metabolic diseases. The height, the body weight during pregnancy, the body weight before pregnancy and the results of gestational diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed. Keep track of birth weight and delivery outcomes. A total of 1930 pregnant women with well-documented and single childbirth were followed up. Results The pre-pregnancy BMI had a clear effect on gestational diabetes mellitus. The gestational diabetes mellitus incidence in pre-pregnancy BMI≥24kg / m2 was 10.48%, significantly higher than that of pre-pregnancy BMI <18.5 and 18.5-23.9 (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Pregnancy weight gain ≥ 15kg group and <15kg group gestational diabetes mellitus incidence was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Pre-pregnancy BMI has a clear impact on the incidence of gestational diabetes, pregnancy weight gain did not find that gestational diabetes have an impact.
