The increasing incidence of cancer has seriously affected and threatened people’s lives. Its mortality rate is the highest in all kinds of disease mortality in our country. The reasons for the occurrence of tumors are widely known, but it has been clearly understood that ornithine de-carboxylase (ODC) activity in tissues increases. ODC is widely distributed in human tissues. It catalyzes decarboxylation of ornithine to form putrescine and is a rate-limiting enzyme for the synthesis of multiple limbs. Where
