本文概述十多年来国内转炉烟道冷却系统的发展过程,由部分汽化冷却发展到全汽化冷却。在烟道结构上作了许多重要的改革。着重叙述了密排式烟道和活动烟罩升降的球形活接头等关键部份的结构和使用情况。全汽化冷却的转炉烟道不但大量节约水和电,而且增加蒸发受热面积,扩大余热利用.密排式烟道制造方便,焊接工作量大幅度减少。在上钢一厂使用的全汽化冷却烟道已使用15500余炉次,热疲劳循环次数已达到世界先进水平。
This article summarizes the development of domestic converter flue cooling system over the past decade, from partial vaporization cooling to full vaporization cooling. Many important reforms have been made in the structure of the flue. The structure and the usage of the key parts, such as the ball joint of densely-packed flue and movable hood, are mainly described. Fully vaporized converter flue not only save a lot of water and electricity, but also increase the evaporation of heat area, expanding the use of waste heat.Magniform flue easy to manufacture, welding workload significantly reduced. In the use of a steel plant cooling steam flue gasification has been used more than 15,500 times, thermal fatigue cycles have reached the world advanced level.
