企业要获得可持续发展,必须进行绿色转型。绿色转型能够给企业带来巨大的价值,但转型成本过高、绿色产品有效需求不足等又会使企业面临风险。组建绿色联盟,能够在一定程度上规避转型风险。企业间可以基于价值链、基于资源共享、基于网络知识组建绿色联盟,而绿色联盟的成功需要企业选择好的联盟伙伴、构建合适的联盟结构、对联盟进行适当的管理以及培育合作的绿色文化。
To achieve sustainable development, enterprises must make a green transition. Green transformation can bring great value to the enterprise, but the transition cost is too high, the effective demand for green products, etc. will in turn put the enterprise at risk. Form a green alliance, to a certain extent, to avoid the risk of restructuring. Enterprises can set up green alliances based on value chain, resource sharing and network based knowledge. The success of green alliances requires enterprises to choose good alliance partners, construct appropriate alliances, manage alliances appropriately and cultivate green culture of cooperation.
