本文借助于金相显微镜、电于探针和透射电子显微镜对45钢渗硼层过渡区进行了有关物相和晶体学位向关系分析。试验结果表明: (1)45钢渗硼后正火处理的试样在其过渡区硼化物齿的周围包有一层铁素体。该铁素体包层是在渗硼后的空冷过程中依附在硼化物齿(Fe_2B)上析出的; (2)两相(Fe_2B与铁素体包层F)之间有如下晶体学位向关系: <001>Fe_2B//(111)F;{100}Fe_2B//{110}F; (3)渗硼层过渡区中硼化物(Fe_2B)齿的伸展方向为其<001>晶向。
In this paper, by means of metallographic microscope, electric probe and transmission electron microscopy, the relationship between phase and crystal orientation of 45 steel boronized layer transition zone was analyzed. The test results show that: (1) 45 steel after boronizing normalizing samples in the transition zone boride tooth surrounded by a layer of ferrite. The ferrite cladding is precipitated on the boride tooth (Fe 2 B) during air cooling after boronizing. (2) There is the following crystal orientation relationship between the two phases (Fe 2 B and ferrite cladding F) (001) Fe_2B // (111) F; {100} Fe_2B // {110} F; (3) The stretching direction of the boride (Fe_2B) in the boronizing layer is its <001> orientation.
