一、1989年工作报告我委员会1989年的各项工作,是按照1988年底第四次全委会和1989年初全国基础研究和应用基础研究工作会议的精神与决定进行的。尽管1989年北京动乱和反革命暴乱造成了复杂的政治形势和困难的工作环境,但我委员会全体同志坚守岗位,努力工作,克服困难,顺利地完成了申请项目的受理、评审和第四次国家自然科学奖的复审,积极地开展了国际合作研究,进一步加强了科学基金资助项目的管理,制定了1990年《项目指南》和安排了1990年的申请工作,开展了学科发展战略研究和为完善科学基金制的政策舆论导向工作。
