针对煤层气井排采中含有气体与煤粉的特点,专门设计了泵的增压单元,并且采用压紧式叶轮结构,有效延长了泵的工作寿命。对样机进行室内试验研究,给出了该泵的外特性曲线,结果表明在入口含气率在40%左右时,样机的最高效率达到了40%,单级扬程2.6 m,该泵对高含气率的多相流体混抽效果明显,对煤粉固体颗粒不敏感,在煤层气开采中具有较好的推广应用前景。
In view of the characteristics of gas and pulverized coal contained in coalbed methane well drainage, a specially designed pump pressurizing unit is adopted, and a compact impeller structure is used, which effectively prolongs the working life of the pump. The experiment of the prototype was carried out and the external characteristic curve of the pump was given. The results showed that the maximum efficiency of the prototype reached 40% when the inlet gas content was about 40%, and the single-stage head was 2.6 m. The multiphase fluid with mixed gas has obvious effect of mixing and is insensitive to the solid particles of coal powder and has a good prospect of popularization and application in the exploitation of coalbed methane.
