1. Under 1 × 10 ~ (-3) s second flash, the dark time needed to achieve the highest photosynthetic phosphorylation of Vit K, FMN and Fe (CN) _6 ~ ≡ couple is equal, 0.05-0.07 seconds at -20 degrees. This is similar to the dark reaction of photosynthesis and Hill reaction. The dark cycle required for photosynthetic phosphorylation but shorter 1-2 times. 2.Vit K led to the highest per-photosynthetic phosphorylation yield per flash than the PMS system, and are affected by the temperature and the duration of the impact of flash. 3.Vit K system, the highest per flash production was inhibited by 3 × 10 ~ (-5) phenanthroline 85%, while the PMS system only 40% inhibition.
