目的 研究有机硼类杀菌剂与强化戊二醛消毒剂混合复配后的毒性表现及强度。方法 以昆明种小鼠为实验对象,采用经口灌胃染毒,连续观察2周不同剂量组小鼠中毒症状及死亡情况,用概率单位-对数图解法计算LD_(50)及其95%可信限。结果 雄性小鼠LD_(50)为12.6g/kg,LD_(50)的95%可信限为7.4~21.4g/kg;雌性小鼠的LD_(50)为10.8 g/kg,LD_(50)的95%可信限为6.65~17.05g/kg。结论 根据消毒剂毒性分级标准规定,复配成的T901B属实际无毒级杀菌剂,且硼醛混合后无毒性协同出现,毒性明显小于T901A。
Objective To study the toxicity and strength of organoboron fungicides and fortified glutaraldehyde disinfectants. Methods Kunming mice were used as experimental subjects.
