高等学校文科学报担负着发表本校教师科研论文,反映本校教学和科研水平的任务。同时,它也发表校外作者的投稿,反映与研讨社会经济中的基本理论和热点问题。改革开放十余年来,我国社会、政治、经济等各方面都发生了深刻变化,而高校学报却变化甚少,很不适应经济改革开放,实行市场经济的要求。因此,改革高校学报,是需要认真对待的问题。
The liberal arts journals of colleges and universities shoulder the task of publishing teachers’ research papers in our school and reflecting the teaching and research level of our university. At the same time, it also published submissions from off-campus authors, reflecting and discussing basic theories and hot issues in the social economy. Over the past decade since the reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in various social, political and economic fields in our country. However, the journals of colleges and universities have changed very little. They are not suited to the requirements of a market economy under the conditions of economic reform and opening up. Therefore, reforming university journals is a problem that needs to be taken seriously.
