1 Status and status As the “National Health Epidemic Station Working Regulations” issued by the Ministry of Health in October 1979, it was clearly pointed out that: Sanitary and anti-epidemic stations at all levels are health institutions approved by the state to implement the “prevention oriented” principle. Professional organization that applies preventive medicine theory and methods, technology for health supervision and monitoring, disease prevention and disease elimination, scientific research and training, is local health
