104国道五河淮河公路大桥主桥是一座60 m+4×90 m+60 m带挂孔的预应力混凝土T型刚构桥,T构采用变高度单箱双室截面,主桥下部结构为钢筋混凝土空心墩。由于设计标准较低和运营时间较久等原因,该桥出现了箱梁顶板、横隔板严重开裂,桥面铺装层老化、伸缩装置损坏、主桥墩下表层混凝土碳化严重等病害。针对上述病害提出了相应的维修加固设计方案,维修加固运营后的观测证明,加固效果令人满意。

Due to the low design standards and long operating time, the bridge appeared serious problems such as the roof of the box girder, the severe cracking of the diaphragm, the decking of the bridge deck, the damage of the telescopic device and the severe carbonation of the concrete under the main pier. Aiming at the above diseases, a corresponding maintenance and reinforcement scheme is put forward. The observation after the reinforcement and reinforcement operation shows that the reinforcement effect is satisfactory.
