基于SCB(半导体桥)点火技术,设计了一种轴向长度为64mm、径向最大直径为16mm的新型火工解锁机构,并通过拉伸承载力、分离时间与同步性等性能试验,测得其极限承载力不小于20kN、分离时间略大于1ms、同步性为0.126ms,且分离时无烟雾泄漏现象。试验结果表明本文设计的火工解锁机构具有结构尺寸小、分离时间短、同步性高、密封性好、冲击低等特点,可满足未来航天器级间分离系统的要求。
Based on SCB (semiconductor bridge) ignition technology, a new type of firework unlocking mechanism with an axial length of 64mm and a radial maximum diameter of 16mm was designed. Through the performance tests such as tensile load capacity, separation time and synchronism, The ultimate bearing capacity of not less than 20kN, the separation time slightly larger than 1ms, synchronization of 0.126ms, and no smoke leakage separation. The experimental results show that the designed unlocking mechanism has the advantages of small size, short separation time, high synchronization, good sealing and low impact, which can meet the requirements of the future spacecraft separation system.
