以讲教育故事为内容的教育叙事研究是教学反思的新形式,教师通过最深刻、最难忘、最有意义的教育教学故事的描述,折射出这些事件和行为背后的教育教学思想、理念以及价值。教学反思就是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践作为认识对象进行全面而深入的思考和总结,积极探索与解决教学实践中的一系列问题,充实自己,从而进入更优化的教学状态。笔者认为,教师写教育叙事与反思笔记有以下几方面的意义。
The educational narrative research based on education story is a new form of teaching reflection. The teacher reflects the teaching and education ideas, concepts and values behind these events and behaviors through the description of the most profound, unforgettable and most meaningful education and teaching story . Teaching introspection is that teachers conscientiously think and summarize their own classroom teaching practice as the object of cognition comprehensively and deeply and actively explore and solve a series of problems in teaching practice so as to enrich themselves and enter a more optimized teaching mode. The author believes that teachers write educational narrative and reflection notes have the following significance.
