本组30例。男18例,女12例;年龄最小18岁,最大69岁。均有不同的肺部疾病。均以自发性气胸收治住院。均经X线胸片确诊为肺大泡。笔者分析本组患者误诊原因有以下
The group of 30 cases. 18 males and 12 females; the youngest 18 years old, maximum 69 years old. There are different lung diseases. All spontaneous pneumothorax admitted to hospital.
