目前在车辆制造企业安装货车走行部分,即转向架时,完全靠手工来完成那些劳动量大的作业,安装制动杠杆和成套弹簧就是属于劳动量大的作业,为了完成其它作业还需要有直立工作台和夹具,然而,这不能保证应有的效率。转向架(图1)由以下部件组成:带轴箱装置4的两副轮对1,两个侧架2,两组由七副内外弹簧组成的弹簧组3,由支承8加固起来的制动杠杆5,带支点座和制动梁7的摇枕6。这样的转向架能保证车辆在轨距为1.520米的线路上运行。转向架结构可使车辆在最小半径为60米的弯道上通过。
At present, when the vehicle manufacturing enterprise installs the running part of the truck, that is, the bogie, it is entirely labor-intensive to complete those heavy workloads. The bogie (FIG. 1) consists of two pairs of wheelsets 1 with axlebox devices 4, two side frames 2, two sets of spring sets 3 consisting of seven inner and outer springs, a brake that is reinforced by the bearings 8 Lever 5, bolster 6 with fulcrum seat and brake beam 7. Such a bogie can ensure that the vehicle runs on a line with a gauge of 1.520 meters. The bogie structure allows the vehicle to pass on corners of a minimum radius of 60 meters.
