上港三区在试行全面安全质量管理工作中,根据交通部和局的要求,把标准化作为全面安全质量管理的核心来抓,发动广大干部和群众坚持事事处处按标准办事,从而巩固和发展了“三句话”的成果,在实现文明装卸、确保安全,提高质量方面收到一定成效。1980年1—9月与未试行全面安全质量管理的1979年同期比,工伤事故减少43.48%,货损率下降50%,标准桩合格率由原来的87%,提高到98%以上。特别是消灭了重伤
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation and the Bureau, as the core of overall safety and quality management, the three districts in Hong Kong and Hong Kong should mobilize the broad masses of cadres and the masses to adhere to the standards and work in all areas so as to consolidate and develop the comprehensive security and quality control system.
