2013版清单计价规范(简称“新规范”)中对合同价款调整做了更加详细的规定,在对新规范相关条款进行分析的基础上,从清单列项与项目特征描述和价差调整办法的约定,工程量调整、措施项目调整的约定等四个方面探讨发包方如何做好前期工作,避免高价结算,并给出了项目特征描述的原则以及价差、工程量与措施项目调整的具体方法,以期为发包方做好竣工结算、解决合同纠纷,有效避免不必要的风险提供借鉴与帮助。
