男，8岁。突然发作性呼吸困难10天，意识清、胸闷，喉部阻塞感，坐立不实，呈现极痛苦状态。每次发作约1～2分钟或4～5分钟，每天约3～4次。抗炎、补钙治疗无效。发作时请喉科会诊，除外喉科疾患。橙白细胞、血钙、磷正常。脑电图：左濒棘波灶。给予卡马西平0．Zg，2次／口口服，苯巴比安0．039，3次／日口服。用药后24／J‘时频繁发作减少，3天症状消失，用药1周未再反复而出院。
Male, 8 years old. Sudden onset of dyspnea 10 days, consciousness, chest tightness, throat obstruction, sit firm, showing a very painful state.
