青云中学目前在教研课改上实行文化课堂之361课堂的教学模式,本人在近年来的教育教学实践中深刻体会到所谓的文化课堂,就是一个多种文化层面的课堂,是一个内涵深远的课堂,也是一个包括多种评价机制的综合性课堂。它的教育教学效果的达成程度是否令人满意不能仅仅看教学效果,还得要参考学生在整个课堂中的精神状态和参与的积极程度。因此,校本学习文件中明确指出:教师要引导学生主动学习,鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合作和探究等方式发展各科学科的学习技能。在此思想的指引下,我们在课堂上实行了361课堂的教学模式,
