在正交试验设计的基础上,运用平衡不完全区组(B、I、B)试验法,筛选秈稻花药培养的培养基,得出“合5”与“秈苗Ⅱ”相配合,对釉稻花药培养有较好的效果,愈伤组织的诱导率与绿苗分化率分别达到5.4%与24.6%。方差分析的结果表明,就绿苗分化的后作用而言,培养基的均方大于接种材料的均方,很可能以“合5”作为诱导培养基,“秈苗Ⅱ”作分化培养基,对秈稻花药培养有较广泛的适应性。试验表明,将正交试验与平衡不完全区组设计相结合,对筛选花药培养的培养基是一种有效的方法。
Based on the orthogonal experimental design, the medium of indica anther culture was screened by the method of incompletely balanced group (B, I, B), and the results showed that “He-5” and “Indica-Ⅱ” Rice anther culture has a good effect, the callus induction rate and green seedling differentiation rate reached 5.4% and 24.6%.
