目的了解近年来胜利油田某单位职工血脂异常情况及其变化趋势,为采取有效预防措施提供依据。方法利用胜利油田某单位2006~2008年体检资料,引入重复测量资料分析方法分析血脂异常的变化情况。结果每年血脂异常检出率性别间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);而重复测量资料分析结果显示,不同性别间血脂异常差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.79,P=0.0287),不同年份血脂异常差异有统计学意义(χ2=44.30,P﹤0.0001),而性别与年份间交互作用无统计学意义(χ2=1.72,P=0.4231)。结论①血脂正常与否与性别有关,男性检出率高于女性;②血脂正常与否与时间存在正相关关系,随时间递增检出率递增;③血脂异常检出率与年龄存在线性趋势。
Objective To understand the abnormal blood lipid status of workers in a unit of Shengli Oilfield and its changing trend in recent years, and provide the basis for effective preventive measures. Methods The physical examination data of a unit in Shengli Oilfield from 2006 to 2008 were used to analyze the changes of dyslipidemia by repeated measurement data analysis. Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of dyslipidemia between years (P> 0.05). However, the data from repeated measures showed that there were significant differences in the blood lipid abnormalities among different sexes (χ2 = 4.79, P = 0.0287) There was significant difference in dyslipidemia (χ2 = 44.30, P <0.0001), but there was no significant difference in the interaction between sex and year (χ2 = 1.72, P = 0.4231). Conclusion ①The blood lipid level is normal or not related to gender, and the detection rate of male is higher than that of female; ② There is a positive correlation between blood lipid level and time, and the detection rate increases with time; ③ The detection rate of dyslipidemia and age have a linear tendency.
