记得上大学时,在接触《教育学》这门学科时,老师就告诉我们:“国家的兴盛在教育,教育的基础在教师”。我深深地牢记这句话,因为我知道21世纪是以知识的创新和应用为重要特征的知识经济时代,那么培养创新的人才就成为中华民族生存和发展的关键。然而,创新人才的培养却离不开班主任的悉心教导,而作为新时代班主任的的责任就显得极其重要。班主任是全面负责整个班级学生的教育管理工作的教师。是班级工作的组织者和教育者,是学生健康和谐发展的责任者,更是对学生产生全面影响的重要因素。那么,班主任应从哪些方面进行有效地工作呢?
I remember when I was in college, when I was in contact with the pedagogy of Pedagogy, the teacher told us: “The prosperity of the country lies in the education and the foundation of education is in the teacher.” I deeply remember this remark because I know that the 21st century is an era of knowledge-based economy characterized by the innovation and application of knowledge. However, the cultivation of innovative talents can not be separated from the careful instruction of the class teacher, and the responsibility of the class teacher as a new era becomes extremely important. The teacher in charge of class is fully responsible for the education and management of the entire class of students. It is the organizer and educator of the class work. It is the responsibility of the students for the harmonious development of their health. It is also an important factor that has an overall impact on the students. So, what should the class teacher to work effectively?
