乘务英语是空乘专业学生的必修课程之一。从一年级的通识英语(EGP)过渡到二年级的专门用途英语(ESP),除了所学文章体裁、主题的差异外,学生对课程知识与技能的接收方式也需调整适应。本文结合乘务专业学生特点,从教学理念和方法入手,从实际课堂教学出发,以交际法、任务法、情景法为例,尝试探索出一种“语言与技能并重、文化与情感融通”的乘务英语课堂教学模式。
Flight attendant English is one of the compulsory courses for flight attendants.
