记忆如风肖海洋,湖南省中学语文特级教师,株洲市高中语文学科带头人。1986年大学毕业被分配到南方中学任教至今,2002年湖南师大研究生课程班毕业。2004年参加湖南省首届华东师大骨干教师培训班。2006年8月,作为湖南省唯一的代表,赴新加坡为新西区校群的华语教师做专题讲座,并开设教案设计工作坊。曾多次为株洲市教师培训班开设讲座。主持或参与“彩色语文”“反刍式单元教学法”等多项
