鉴于目前国内有关高层建筑空调水系统竖向分区问题还缺乏较详尽的设计参考资料,本文拟就空调水系统竖向分区的可行方式,即:一泵到顶、主机上楼、中间设板式换热器等三种方式,结合具体工程实例,从系统的可靠性、运行控制、初投资、运行费等进行详细的技术经济比较,并讨论了现代空调技术工程中的一些细节,提出了高层建筑空调水系统的最佳分区方式,供广大设计人员参考。
In view of the lack of detailed design reference materials on the vertical partition of air-conditioning systems for high-rise buildings in China, this paper proposes a feasible method for vertical partitioning of air-conditioning systems, namely: a pump to the top, the host upstairs, and the middle plate heat transfer And other three methods, combining specific engineering examples, detailed technical and economic comparisons from the system’s reliability, operation control, initial investment, operating costs, etc., and discussed some details of modern air conditioning technology engineering, and proposed high-rise building air conditioning. The best partitioning method of the water system is for reference by the designers.
