我们听了领导同志和专家对村镇规划、建筑设计和管理工作的各项指示以及“十年来村镇建设的学术研究”报告深受鼓舞,为正在形成具有中国特色的村镇规划、建筑设计和管理体系而高兴。同时,也认识到村镇规划、设计、管理这三个环节上的工作量大面广,今后的任务还十分繁重。为了进一步搞好这一工作,为村镇规划、设计和管理添砖加瓦,我们八位同志对“八五”期间的村镇规划、建筑设计、以及村镇管理提出几点粗浅的建议,供大会和
We listened to the directives of leading comrades and experts on village planning, architectural design and management, and the “Academic Research on the Construction of Villages and Towns in the Past Ten Years”. We are encouraged by the report that we are developing village planning, architectural design and management systems with Chinese characteristics. And happy. At the same time, it is also recognized that the work on the three aspects of town planning, design, and management is extensive, and the tasks ahead are still very onerous. In order to do a better job in this work and to add value to the planning, design, and management of villages and towns, we have made several rough suggestions for the village planning, architectural design, and village management during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period.
