本文研究了Cu—Al、Cu—Zn—Al、Cu—Al—Ni、Cu—Sn等Cu合金的记忆效应、热循环对记忆性能的影响和双向记忆效应的恢复率;讨论了合金工艺及其变形对Cu—27%Zn—4%Al、Cu—22%Zn—4%Al、Cu—12.5%Al、Cu—13.3%Al合金的单向、双向记忆效应的影响;研究了热循环中合金记忆效应减弱至一定程度后趋于稳定的现象,并指出这些现象与位错亚结构的出现、马氏体状态时效、有序母相转变等有关。文中指出,采用150℃等温淬火和淬火马氏体150℃母相状态时效的工艺,均可使Cu—Zn—Al合金热弹性马氏体的双向记忆效应稳定,恢复率达16%。
In this paper, the memory effect of Cu-Al, Cu-Zn-Al, Cu-Al-Ni, Cu-Sn and other Cu alloys, the effect of thermal cycling on the memory performance and the recovery rate of bidirectional memory effect were studied. The effects of deformation on the uniaxial and bidirectional memory effects of Cu-27% Zn-4% Al, Cu-22% Zn-4% Al, Cu-12.5% Al and Cu-13.3% Al alloys were investigated. The phenomenon that the memory effect tends to be stable after weakened to a certain extent indicates that these phenomena are related to the appearance of dislocation substructure, the martensite aging, and the orderly mother phase transition. The article pointed out that the 150 ℃ isothermal quenching and quenching martensitic state at 150 ℃ aging process can make the two-way memory effect of Cu-Zn-Al alloy thermoelastic martensitic stability, the recovery rate of 16%.
