在“卓越工程师培养计划”目标指引下,从教学理念、教学方法、教学内容、教学组织、成绩考核方式和实践方面探讨高等学校工程教育的改革方向,通过借鉴国内外先进的工程教育改革经验,分析现阶段专业课程教学模式存在的问题,提出实现专业课程教学模式改革的现实途径,以期培养出面向社会需求的、符合自身发展的工程技术人才。
Under the guidance of the goal of “excellent engineer training plan”, this paper discusses the reform direction of engineering education in colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching philosophy, teaching methods, teaching content, teaching organization, performance evaluation methods and practice. By referring to the advanced engineering education reform at home and abroad, Experience, analyze the existing problems of the teaching mode of the specialized courses, and put forward the realistic way to realize the reform of the teaching mode of the specialized courses so as to train the engineers and technicians who meet the needs of the society and fit their own development.
