作为耐热用的石墨材料,其使用性能相当大的程度上取决于其断裂性能。本文介绍NDG石墨的断裂性能,并初步探讨了裂纹和破坏应变的关系,认为目前生焦基石墨制作中,应当使添加的高温煅烧料颗粒尺寸尽量减小,并适当减小生焦的颗粒尺寸,以减小最大固有裂纹尺寸,适当控制粘结剂量,并注意中间工艺的质量控制,以减小临界裂纹的长度。同时建议开展超声探伤的研究工作,以排除有缺陷的样品。

In this paper, the fracture properties of NDG graphite are introduced, and the relationship between crack and failure strain is preliminarily discussed. It is considered that the particle size of the high temperature calcined material should be reduced as much as possible and the coke particle size , To reduce the maximum inherent crack size, properly control the amount of binder, and pay attention to the quality control of the intermediate process to reduce the length of the critical crack. At the same time, it is recommended to carry out research on ultrasonic flaw detection to eliminate defective samples.
