国家文化软实力是一国的价值理念、行为习惯、制度规范、价值准则和理想信念在国家力量中的体现,是国家力量的重要组成;社会主义核心价值体系具有关联共生性:社会主义核心价值体系指引国家文化软实力建设方向,国家文化软实力建设有助于提升社会主义核心价值体系的民族认同,社会主义核心价值体系和国家文化软实力建设统一于社会主义文化建设;要全面增强用社会主义核心价值体系引领国家文化软实力建设的能力和水平:一要坚持马克思主义指导地位,保持国家文化软实力建设的社会主义方向,二要构建核心价值体系的创新机制,增强社会主义文化的凝聚力和影响力,三要探索践行核心价值观群众化的情感路径,巩固社会主义文化的群众基础,四要积极与非主流意识形态展开对话,营造兼容包并的文化发展环境。
The national cultural soft power is the embodiment of a country’s value philosophy, behavior habit, institutional norms, values and ideals and beliefs embodied in the state’s power and is an important component of the state’s power. The construction of national cultural soft power helps to raise the national identity of the socialist core value system. The construction of the socialist core value system and the national cultural soft power should be unified with the socialist cultural construction. The core value system of Marxism leads the capability and level of national cultural soft power construction: First, we must uphold the guiding position of Marxism and maintain the socialist orientation of building national cultural soft power; second, we must construct an innovative mechanism of the core value system and enhance the cohesion of socialist culture Thirdly, we must explore the emotional path of practicing mass democratization of core values and consolidate the mass foundation of socialist culture. Fourth, we must actively engage in dialogue with non-mainstream ideologies to create a culturally inclusive environment for inclusive development.
