目的了解淮北市城区居民结核病防治知识掌握程度,为更好地开展结核病防治宣传教育提供科学依据。方法随机抽取120名城区居民进行问卷调查。结果结核病防治知识知晓率为75.42%。其中结核病病人及家属结核病防治知识知晓率为85.38%;机关公务员结核病防治知识知晓率为86.25%;医务人员结核病防治知识知晓率为82.86%;普通公众结核病防治知识知晓率为69.33%。调查对象最喜欢的健康教育形式是通过电视、宣传单、报刊和医务人员传播。结论需加强城区结核病防治知识宣传,促进结核病预防控制工作。
Objective To understand the control of tuberculosis in urban residents in Huaibei city and to provide a scientific basis for publicizing and preventing tuberculosis. Methods 120 urban residents were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Results The awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and control was 75.42%. Among them, the awareness rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among tuberculosis patients and their families was 85.38%; that of civil servants with knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control was 86.25%; that of medical staff was 82.86%; and that of common public tuberculosis prevention and control was 69.33%. The respondents’ favorite forms of health education were through television, leaflets, newspapers and medical staff. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of tuberculosis prevention and control in urban area and promote the prevention and control of tuberculosis.
