目的观察中西医结合治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法 78例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者,根据治疗方式不同分为西医组(38例)和中西医结合组(40例)。西医组予以手术治疗,中西医结合组实施手术治疗联合中医治疗,比较两组患者膝关节功能恢复和不良反应发生率。结果中西医结合组优良率为92.5%,西医组为76.3%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床效果明显,且不良反应少,该方法安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods 78 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were divided into Western group (38 cases) and Integrative group (40 cases) according to different treatment methods. The western medicine group was treated by surgery, and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated by operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The knee joint function recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate was 92.5% in the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and 76.3% in the western medicine group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture clinical effect is obvious, and adverse reactions less, the method is safe and effective.
