利用激光诱导荧光法 (laser- induced auto fluorescence,L IAF)选择多种波长测试和比较了胃癌和胃正常组织标本 ,得到区分癌变组织与正常组织的最佳激发波长 ;选取光谱特征差异最显著的波段 4 2 5~ 4 75 nm ,采用形状识别技术分析 31例胃癌及胃正常组织的自体荧光光谱曲线 ,经去噪声 ,曲线拟合 ,求区间最大曲率 ,最终以区间最大曲率的理想平均值作为区分阈值标准 ,获得高达 93.5 %的敏感性和 10 0 %的特异性 ,为临床实用奠定了基础 .
Using laser-induced auto fluorescence (L IAF) to select a variety of wavelengths to test and compare the specimens of gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue, the best excitation wavelength to distinguish between cancerous tissue and normal tissue was obtained; the most significant differences in spectral characteristics were selected. Bands from 4 25 to 4 75 nm were used to analyze the autofluorescence spectra of 31 cases of gastric cancer and normal gastric tissue using shape recognition technology. After denoising and curve fitting, the maximum curvature of the interval was calculated. Finally, the ideal average of the maximum curvature of the interval was taken as the Differentiating the threshold criteria, the sensitivity of up to 93.5 % and the specificity of 100% were obtained, laying the foundation for clinical practice.
