关于枸椽酸镓-67注射液放化纯度的鉴定,文献已有报道。Hnatowich比较了几种展开剂对不同形式镓的R_f值的影响;Waxmax用甲醇-水的硅胶薄板色层法对几种枸椽酸镓-67商业产品作了放化纯分析,日本是采用柠檬酸钠-乙醇展开剂的纸色层分析法。 本文比较了五种展开剂在中性产品条件下及三种展开剂在不同pH值条件下对不同形式镓的纸色层图谱的影响,试图选择1-2种展开剂作为生产枸椽酸镓-67注射液放化纯的常规鉴定方法。
On gallium citrate -67 injection radiochemical purity identification, the literature has been reported. Hnatowich compared the effects of several extenders on the Rf values of different forms of gallium. Waxmax gave several commercial products of gallium-citrate-67 commercialized by methanol-water silica gel thin layer chromatography. Japan used lemon Soda - ethanol developing solvent paper chromatography method. In this paper, we compared the effects of five kinds of developing agents on the paper chromatography of different forms of gallium under neutral conditions and three kinds of developing agents at different pH values. We tried to choose 1-2 kinds of developing agents as the raw materials for producing gallium citrate -67 Injection Radiochemical method of routine identification.
