过去精加工减速机箱体的孔,多半采用高速钢镗刀,不但切削用量低,寿命短,而且质量往往还不能保证。后来我们改用硬质合金刀具,走刀量达到1.5~2毫米/转;这样的走刀量,在精加工中仍然是低的。为了在保证质量的基础上更进一步提高生产效率,镗工安邦绂、郭忠仁等同志,从刀具几何角度着手改进;同时加长了刀刃的长度,也进一步地加强了刀具的刚性。改进后的刀具,走刀量达4毫米/转,从而使生产率提高1倍。
