日常生活中,人们在选购或食用蔬菜水果时,都喜欢挑选新鲜的。认为新鲜食品营养损失最小,对人体更健康。然而,我们从药店里抓回来的中药,几乎都是干燥的陈品。有些人便产生了疑惑,总觉着中药在干燥、加工、贮存过程中也会丧失许多有效成分,故而认为用中药还是鲜品好。那么,中药究竟是鲜品好还是陈品好呢?其实,这要根据其药性药效来定,也要因时因地因药而宜,不能一概而论。
